What To Expect
PARTY OVERVIEW
$395 for up to 15 participants, additional guests are $15 each, with a max of 30 party goers. Parents are always free to join the fun!
Parties are 2 hours, with 80 minutes on the obstacle course, and 40 minutes in a party room
The course is divided in half, and we have multiple party rooms, so your party areas are exclusive to you!
1-2 staff members will be dedicated to your party to oversee everything from having fun on the floor to a helping hand in the party rooms!

Where You’ll Celebrate
PARTY ROOMS
Your party gets its own exclusive space to eat, open presents, and celebrate during the last 40 minutes of your party. Each room comes equipped with three picnic tables and two black tables, comfortably seating up to 30 guests.

How early can we arrive?+
You can arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time as we may have other private parties going on in the gym. Our staff will be happy to help with any decorations you may have.
What should kids wear?+
All participants must wear closed-toed sneakers.
Can we bring decorations?+
Yes! You are welcome to bring birthday decorations (tablecloths are not provided). Please note that confetti and piñatas are not permitted.
Can we bring any outside food and drinks?+
Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. We have a fridge and freezer available for anything you may want to store on site.
What is provided as a part of our party package from Big Time?+
We provide plates, napkins, and utensils. Juice boxes are included only if you order pizza through us.
What are the age requirements for party participants?+
We charge all party participants from the ages 4 to 17 years of age. Children under age 4 are free, but require a parent to be on the floor with them. Adults may also participate for free with a signed waiver.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed?+
A total of 30 guests is our limit based on our party room size. If you expect more than 30 guests, please call us to discuss options.
How many tables are provided in the party room?+
The party room includes three picnic tables and two black tables, accommodating up to 30 guests maximum.
When is the final remainder due?+
The final remainder is not due until the day of the party. You will check out with the front desk at the end of your party.
What is your cancelation policy?+
There is a $100 deposit required at booking. This is required to hold the party date. Deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable to another party date / time if canceled more than 48 hours prior.
Who needs to sign a waiver?+
Every person that steps onto the ninja course needs a waiver filled out. For children under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.
